1. Pre-Construction
1a Expression of Interest
Submit the enquiry form attached in the website with as much information about your project as possible. Bailey will review your response and if we’re the right fit, we will schedule a consultation call with you.
1b Consultation
During our call, we will discuss your enquiry in further detail and schedule a site meeting at a time convenient to you.
1c Site Meeting
At our site meeting, we will discuss plans, design, approvals, construction and management. Bailey will also gather all the information required to deliver a contracted price with the aim of meeting your price guide for the project.
1d Design
No plans? No worries. Thompson Building Co is partnered with trusted architects and designers to meet the requirements of your project and help decisions with selections. For our smaller projects, we provide in-house design services to ensure the project is envisioned accurately for our team and clients.
1e Approvals
Thompson Building Co can handle and or coordinate with DA or CDC approvals where required.
1f Contract Price
Bailey will liaise with his trusted suppliers and subcontractors to deliver a contract type that is customised to you and your project. Once you sign and approve the contract, you will be invited to join your wunderbuild client portal. Wunderbuild is a project management software that we use on all of our projects to schedule, provide updates and track job progression.
2. During Construction
2a Construction Progress
Communication between builder and client is very important to us; during construction you will be updated on the progress of your project daily via wunderbuild.
3. Post Construction
3a Handover
Bailey will walk you through your completed project and provide education around maintaining the quality of the finished project.
